Karachi vs Islamabad: Sana Javed spotted during PSL 9 match

Pakistan's all-rounder Shoaib Malik's wife Sana Javed was spotted at the Karachi Kings vs Islamabad United match at the National Bank Stadium on Wednesday.

Sana was alongside some prominent names like a local journalist Waseem Badami as all the guests sitting at Karachi Kings dugout were watching the two teams colliding in a PSL 9 match.

Shoaib Malik is part of the Karachi Kings squad as the Kings are hosting Islamabad in a crucial league match where a win is essential for both teams.

Batting first, the Kings managed to set a 166-run target for the visitors courtesy of Kieron Pollard’s 48 off 28 as Karachi’s platinum once again stood up and helped his side score a competitive total.

Irfan Khan and skipper Shan Masood were the joint second-highest run scorers with 27 runs each.

By the time this story was filed, Islamabad were batting at 87-0 in eight overs and looked in complete control of their target chase.

Remember, Sana and Shoaib announced that they had tied the knot in January, leaving fans and followers surprised over their unexpected union.

The couple posted pictures of their wedding on their social media accounts — X and Instagram.

"Alhamdullilah. And We created you in pairs," Shoaib and Sana wrote.

It must be noted that Malik is one of the longest-serving cricketers in Pakistan cricket. Making his international debut against West Indies at Sharjah in October 1999, he is still going strong at the top level even after 24 years since his debut.
